By accessing or using My IQ Score (the “Service”) at myiqscore.app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

My IQ Score is an IQ-style cognitive quiz provided for entertainment and educational purposes only. It is not a clinically validated IQ test and not a medical, psychological, diagnostic, employment, or educational-placement assessment. Scores, percentiles and the IQ-style estimate are informal indicators generated by our own scoring model and provisional norms; they may not reflect any standardized measure and should not be relied upon for any important decision.

The Service is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed at children under 16. By using it you confirm you are old enough to do so under the laws of your country.

The Service contains affiliate links and may display third-party products, presentations or offers. If you click these links or make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Those products and offers are provided by independent third parties and are governed by their own terms, pricing, refund policies and disclaimers. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee any third-party product or claim, and we are not responsible for your dealings with, or purchases from, third parties.

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the questions, figures, or scoring logic;
• attempt to extract answer keys or otherwise probe, attack, or disrupt the Service;
• use automated systems to access the Service in a way that burdens our infrastructure; or
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

The Service, including its text, questions, generated figures, design, and branding, is owned by My IQ Score or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The quiz items are original works. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial use.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that results are accurate, meaningful, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My IQ Score and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any decision you make in reliance on the Service or on any third-party offer reached through it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it, including analytics and advertising measurement. By using the Service you also agree to that policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the “last updated” date above when we do, and continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of My IQ Score is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country provides otherwise.
